In article 2(1) of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2010 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider”, for “section 4(3) of the Postal Services Act 2000 (provision of universal postal service: meaning)” substitute “Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011.”.
