# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 104


In section 329(1) of the Highways Act 1980 (further provision as to interpretation), in the definition of “universal service provider”—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
