# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 108


In section 170(2B) (interpretation: statutory undertakers etc)—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
