# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 111


In section 8(3A) of the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 (meaning of “instrument”), for “the same meaning as in the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ the meaning given by section 27 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
