# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 134


In section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider”—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
