# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 138


In paragraph 1(4A) of Schedule 22 to the Water Resources Act 1991 (protection for particular undertakings)—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
