# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 151


In section 277(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider”—
(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
