# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 161


In Part 2 of Schedule 1 (relevant authorities for purposes of section 28 only)—
(a) omit paragraph 28D (together with the heading before it), and
(b) in paragraph 28E—
(i) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and
(ii) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
