  "text": "(1) Section 114 (special arrangements with other countries or territories) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “the Post Office company” substitute “ a Post Office company ”.\n(3) In subsection (2)—\n(a) for “the Post Office company”, in the first place, substitute “ a Post Office company ”, and\n(b) for “the Post Office company”, in the second place, substitute “ the company ”.",
