# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 85


In section 4 of the City of London (Various Powers) Act 1967 (interpretation of Part 2), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
