# Postal Services Act 2011, Paragraph 89


In section 9 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1969 (interpretation of Part 3), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
