  "text": "(1) Section 68 (loans by the Secretary of State to the Post Office company etc) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, for “the Post Office company and its subsidiaries” substitute “ relevant companies ”.\n(3) In subsection (1), for “the Post Office company or any of its subsidiaries” substitute “ a relevant company ”.\n(4) After that subsection insert—\n“(1A) In this Part “relevant company” means—\n(a) a Post Office company,\n(b) a Royal Mail company, or\n(c) a company that is, or has at any time been, in the same group as a company within paragraph (a) or (b).”",
