  "text": "An access condition imposed on a person may include provision requiring the person not to use information which—\n(a) is obtained in connection with the giving of access, and\n(b) relates to the provision of postal services by any person to whom access is given,\nfor any purpose other than the purpose of the access given by the condition.",
