  "text": "The contents of the register shall be available for inspection by the public between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on every day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in England within the meaning of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971.",
