  "text": "(1) The Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Scotland) Regulations 2001 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In the Schedule–\n(a) in the column headed “Instrument”, after the entry “Commission Decision 2001/664/EC”, there is added the entry “Commission Decision 2002/903/EC”; and\n(b) in the column headed “Reference”, after the entry “O.J. No. L 233, 31.08.01, p.49”, there is added the entry “ O.J. No. L 312, 15.11.02, p.28”.",
