Article 16 Hatchery records
(1)
The occupier of a hatchery with a total incubator capacity of 1000 eggs or more and containing domestic fowl of the species Gallus gallus or their eggs must keep a record of—
(a)
the information in Schedule 3, paragraph 3, in respect of the movement of any eggs of domestic fowl of the species Gallus gallus to and from the hatchery; and
(b)
the information in Schedule 3, paragraph 4, in respect of the movement of any chicks of domestic fowl of the species Gallus gallus from the hatchery.
(2)
He must keep the record for two years from the date of the movement.
