# The Poultry Breeding Flocks and Hatcheries (England) Order 2007, Article 19: Powers of Secretary of State in cases of default


If any person fails to take any action under this Order, an inspector may take, or cause to be taken, such action and his expenses reasonably incurred are recoverable by the Secretary of State from the person in default.
