Article 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Poultry Breeding Flocks and Hatcheries (Registration and Testing) Order 1989 and, except for articles 3 and 4 shall come into force on 26th October 1989.

Articles 3 and 4 shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.
