# The Poultry Breeding Flocks and Hatcheries (Registration and Testing) Order 1989, Article 13: Exemption


(1) The appropriate Minister may, if he thinks it expedient to do so, issue a certificate exempting a person from any of the requirements of article 6, 7 or 8.
(2) A certificate issued under paragraph (1) above may be issued subject to such conditions as the appropriate Minister may think fit for preventing the spread of salmonella.
