  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order implements Commission Regulation EC (No) 616/2009 which makes provision for the recognition of poultry compartments which meet high standards of biosecurity (OJ No L 181, 14.7.2009, p 16). Since application for recognition is voluntary the only sanction for failure to comply with the requirements of this Order is removal of certification as a compartment.\nThe Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs website is at www.defra.gov.uk.\nA full impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
