  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the payment of fees for inspections in relation to applications for recognition as a compartment under the Poultry Compartments (England) Order 2010, S.I. 2010/108. That Order implements Commission Regulation EC (No) 616/2009 which makes provision for the recognition of poultry compartments which meet high standards of biosecurity (OJ No L 181, 14.7.2009, p 16).\nA full impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
