  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the payment of fees for inspections in connection with applications for approval of compartments made under the Poultry Compartments (Scotland) Order 2010. That Order implements Commission Regulation (EC) No. 616/2009 (O.J. No. L 181, 14.7.2009, p.16) which makes provision for the approval of poultry compartments which meet certain biosecurity standards.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument.",
