  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order implements Commission Regulation (EC) No. 616/2009 which makes provision for the recognition of poultry compartments which meet high standards of biosecurity (OJ No L 181, 14.7.2009, p 16). Since application for recognition is voluntary the only sanction for failure to comply with the requirements of this Order is withdrawal of an approval of premises as a compartment.",
