# The Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 2: Amendment


The Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) Order 1989 shall be amended as follows —
(a) article 12 (Public inspection of register) shall be omitted; and
(b) in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 (requirements relating to the collection and handling of eggs from laying flocks) for the word “disosed” there shall be substituted the word “disposed”.
