Article 10 Notification by registered persons of results of tests on samples

A registered person shall notify the appropriate Minister in writing of the results of tests carried out on samples in accordance with article 3(b) and which have been reported to him in accordance with article 4.

Such notification shall contain the information specified in Schedule 5 and shall be given by the registered person to the appropriate Minister at 12 week intervals commencing with the date on which the registered person first receives a report of any such test.
