# The Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) Order 1989, Article 5: Requirements relating to the collection and handling of eggs


It shall be the duty of the owner or person in charge of a laying flock to ensure that the requirements specified in Schedule 2 relating to the collection and handling of eggs from that flock are complied with.
