Article 7 Tampering with samples

No person shall treat or otherwise tamper with any sample taken for the purpose of this Order.

(2)

For the purpose of this article a person shall be deemed to have treated a sample if he does anything in relation to it which is likely to affect the result of the test required to be carried out under this Order.
