Regulation 15 Amendments

For regulation 21 (information to be supplied to the Minister) there shall be substituted the following regulation—

“Information to be provided by local authorities

Each local authority shall provide the Minister with—

(a)

such information relating the execution of its duties under these Regulations as he may from time to time require;

(b)

details of existing licences granted by the local authority, within a reasonable time of request.”.
