In regulation 3 (sale of poultry meat)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) after the words “no person shall” there shall be inserted the words “, on or after 1st January 1993,”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (1)(a)(i) and (1)(b)(i)—

(i)

for the words “a local authority” there shall be substituted the words “the Minister”; and

(ii)

after the word “supervised” there shall be inserted the words “by a local authority”.
