# The Poultry Meat (Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 6: Amendments


In paragraph (2) of regulation 11 (slaughterhouses and cutting premises to be licensed) for the words “the local authority” there shall be substituted the words “the Minister”.
