For regulation 13 there shall be substituted the following regulation—

“Revocation of licences

The Minister may, at any time, revoke a licence granted by him under regulation 12 if, after an inspection of, or an inquiry into, the method of operation of the premises and a report by an official veterinary surgeon, a veterinary officer or a suitably qualified officer designated by the Minister, any requirement of Schedule 1, 2 or 3 of these Regulations is no longer being complied with in respect of the premises.”.
