# The Poultry Meat (Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 4: Amendments


In regulations 12, 14, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 30 in each place where they occur, for the words “local authority” there shall be substituted the words “food authority”.
