  "text": "In regulation 3 (sale of poultry meat) in paragraphs (1)(a)(i) and (1)(b)(i)—\n(a) for the words “licensed by a food authority” there shall be substituted the words “licensed by the Minister”; and\n(b) after the word “supervised” there shall be inserted the words “by a food authority”.",
