# The Poultry Meat (Hygiene) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 5: Amendments


In regulation 3 (sale of poultry meat) in paragraphs (1)(a)(i) and (1)(b)(i)—
(a) for the words “licensed by a food authority” there shall be substituted the words “licensed by the Minister”; and
(b) after the word “supervised” there shall be inserted the words “by a food authority”.
