# The Poultrymeat (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 3


All fees payable under this Schedule are payable to the Agency or food authority within 28 days of the Agency or food authority giving an operator an invoice demanding the payment of the fee, beginning with the day on which the invoice is received.
