  "text": "(1) This regulation applies when the Authority receives a payment as a consequence of the application of—\n(a) regulation 23(4)(b);\n(b) regulation 24(2); or\n(c) regulation 26(7)(b).\n(2) The Authority must distribute the payment to licensed suppliers in proportion to each licensed supplier’s market share.\n(3) For the purposes of paragraph (2), a licensed supplier’s market share is to be calculated in accordance with regulation 19(4) in respect of the OLR year in which the payment was received by the Authority.\n(4) The distribution under paragraph (2) must be made on or before 1st October following the end of the OLR year in which the payment was received.\n(5) Before making a distribution under paragraph (2), the Authority must give notice to each licensed supplier entitled to receive part of the distribution setting out—\n(a) what the distribution relates to; and\n(b) the amount the licensed supplier is to receive.",
