# The Power Purchase Agreement Scheme Regulations 2014, Paragraph 1: One auction in respect of each eligible generator

Extent: E+W+S

One auction is to be held in respect of each eligible generator irrespective of the number of BPPAs determined in accordance with regulation 4 as being subject to the auction in respect of that generator.
