# The Power Purchase Agreement Scheme Regulations 2014, Paragraph 2: Close of the auction period

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Each auction closes at the end of the 10-day period which starts with the first day after the date on which the OLR notice is sent to licensed suppliers under regulation 7(1)(b).
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to paragraph 3(1A) and 3(2) and regulation 10.
