# The Power to Award Degrees etc. (TEC Partnership) Order 2020, Article 3: Competence to grant awards

Extent: E+W

TEC Partnership shall be competent to grant up to and including bachelor’s degree awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(c) of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 1st August 2021 and expiring on 31st October 2024.
