  "long_title": "This Order prescribes two Welsh language forms for powers of attorney. The first is a translation of the form contained in section 25 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as inserted by the Trustee Delegation Act 1999), which allows a trustee to delegate the exercise of his powers. The second is a translation of the form contained in Schedule 1 to the Powers of Attorney Act 1971, and confers a general power of attorney in accordance with section 10 of that Act.",
