These Regulations confer upon Powys Local Health Board certain additional functions being functions previously undertaken by the Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust (“the trust”). The trust was dissolved by the Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/817 (W.20)).",
