# The PPP Administration Order Rules 2007, Rule 52: Title of proceedings

Extent: E+W

Every PPP administration proceeding shall, with any necessary additions, name the PPP company to which the proceedings relate and be entitled “IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 AND THE GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY ACT 1999”.
