# The PPP Administration Order Rules 2007, Rule 85: Retention of proxies

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), proxies used for voting at any meeting shall be retained by the chairman of the meeting.
(2) The chairman shall deliver the proxies forthwith after the meeting to the special PPP administrator, where that is someone other than himself.
