# The Pre-release Access to Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Pre-release Access to Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008, and comes into force on 1st December 2008.
(2) It extends to Scotland only.
