  "text": "Infrastructure Planning\nMade 21st December 2015\nComing into force 22nd December 2015\nThe Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015 (the “Order”), which granted development consent within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (the “Act”), contained correctable errors within the meaning of the Act.\nIn accordance with paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Secretary of State received, before the end of the relevant period referred to in paragraph 1(6)(a) of that Schedule, a written request from Halite Energy Group Limited to correct errors and omissions in the Order. In accordance with paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule, the Secretary of State informed Lancashire County Council and Wyre Borough Council that the request had been received.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers in paragraph 1(4) and (8) of that Schedule, makes the following Order:",
