  "text": "(1) The development authorised by this Order shall be constructed in the lines or situations shown on the works plans.\n(2) But in constructing or maintaining the authorised development, the undertaker may deviate laterally from the lines or situations of the authorised development shown on the works plans to the extent of the limits of deviation shown on those plans.",
