  "text": "(1) The licence holder shall ensure that the MMO is provided with notification of any vessel being used to undertake the licensed activities no less than 24 hours before that vessel first commences licensed activities.\n(2) The licence holder shall ensure that a copy of this licence and any subsequent revisions or amendments has been read and understood by the masters of any vessel being used to undertake any licensed activity, and that a copy of this licence is held on board any such vessel.",
