# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 14: Licence conditions prior to commencement of the licensed activities

Extent: E+W

The licence holder shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO, within ten working days of receipt of a copy of this licence notify the MMO that it accepts the terms and conditions of this licence; and no licensed activities may be carried out until that notice has been given.
