# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Licence conditions prior to commencement of the licensed activities

Extent: E+W

No licensed activities shall commence until a written scheme setting out all the stages of the licensed activities and a list of all proposed licensed activities additional to those listed at paragraph 8(a)(i) to (vi) (if any), have been submitted to and agreed with the MMO.
