  "heading": "Licence validity period",
  "text": "(1) This licence is valid from the licence commencement date until the licence termination date.\n(2) For the purposes of this licence—\n(a) the “licence commencement date” means the date on which the Order is made; and\n(b) the “licence termination date” means an indefinite period unless a licensed activity has not been commenced by the fifth anniversary of the licence commencement date, in which case it means the fifth anniversary of the licence commencement date.",
